A sewer replacement project that began last September will resume again on April 11.
Construction began September 12 to replace the sewer main in Fort Union Boulevard from 3000 East to 3570 East.
The project is intended to increase the capacity of the sewer to allow for connections from the Canyon Center Project.
The project was scheduled to continue as long as the weather permitted through the 2016 Season, until winter weather stalled progress.
Both east and west lanes on Fort Union Boulevard will be affected along with traffic on 3000 East.
The contractor will be implementing a sewer bypass pump during construction, and will notify nearby residents of any temporary service outages due to reconnecting sewer lines from the old main to the new one.
Please stay alert through the construction zone and obey all traffic laws for the safety of yourself and construction crews.
