April 21 is "Autism Over 21" Day

April 21st has been designated “Autism After 21 Day” by the Utah State Legislature.

The Autism Council of Utah and The University of Utah Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute and Univerisity of Utah Department of Psychiatry will host the first annual Business Leader Breakfast to celebrate adults on the autism spectrum and learn about community partnerships.

This day brings attention to the many adults on the spectrum for whom mandated educational services have ended.

The breakfast will be held at at the Thomas S. Monson Center
(411 E. South Temple) from 7:30 to 9 a.m.,  on Friday, April 21.
