VISION
The administrative Services Department is the fundamental tie that binds city departments and activities. We provide services that are responsive to the internal and external needs of the city.

MISSION 
It is our mission to support staff and community with needed resources to enhance the lives of those who live, work and play in the community.

Human Resources
The Human Resources Office manages every aspect of the employment process including staff recruitment and selection, employee benefit administration, labor and employee relations as well as compensation administration for City employees. Other support duties include processing grievances, and City policies administration. City Recorder
The Recorders Office supports the fulfillment of local and state statutory duties for Cottonwood Heights by preparing agendas, recording all meetings, as well as preparing and retaining official city meeting minutes. To find out more, click here.

Events Coordination
The Events Division creates, plans and manages programs for various segments of the Cottonwood Heights Community. Those events include Butlerville Days, holiday events and other celebrations sponsored by the City. To find out more about our events coordination, click here.

Arts Production
Our Arts Production manger organizes engaging cultural events to promote community interest, involvement and education in the arts. Those events include a community orchestra, choir, and photography contests. The arts production manager also oversees the Cottonwood Heights Arts Council along with regular city sponsored theatrical performances, such as the annual summer musical. Emergency Preparedness Coordination
The City's Emergency manager administers and and provides program support for the City's emergency programs, including community volunteer programs, federal incident management, training, education and business disaster planning. To find out more about our emergency programs, click here.
